You can buy ceramic, dyeable Easter eggs!!! They are not cheap…$27.70 for a dozen with shipping…but I am thrilled to have a vegan alternative. In the past we have thrown away a lot of hard boiled eggs because the kids would never eat them…they just want the fun of coloring them. I was thinking I could no longer stomach doing that…but now it’s no longer an issue!

If you haven’t tried this ice cream you are totally missing out! Vegan, organic, creamy, rich, decadent…just delightful. Definitely an indulgence but easily rivals the best dairy-based ice creams on the market. My favorite flavor is Salted Caramel and Chocolate, with good old Vanilla Island a close second…especially when topped with chocolate sprinkles or chips. Chocolate Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate, and Cappuccino are all amazing. They are a bit pricey where I shop (Whole Foods) but worth it!
